Overally speaking, people in 1990 spent more money on charity than people in 2010. Additionally, in 1990, people of age group 36-50 tend to give more to charity while, in 2010, it can be seen that people of age 51-60 years believe more on charity.
Categorically speaking, below the age of 30,more no. of people were seen divulging in charity in 1990 than 2010. Almost the double amount of money was given to charity by people of age between 18-25 years in 1990 as compared to 2010. Similarly,people of age 26-35 years spent just above 30% , while people of age 36-50 years spent amost 43% on charity in year 1990. When comparing this to 2010, the very age groups spent just below 25% and exactlt 35% respectively.
However, people of age groups greater than 51 years are seen to give more to charity in year 2010. The data shows that in year 1990, people between the age of 51-65 years spent 35 % and greater than 65 years old people gave almost a quarter of money on charity. On the other hand, in 2010, the data was just below 40% and exactly 35% respectively for the very age group.
