Different steps in manufacture of chocolate are shown by these ten diagrams.
Overall, making of chocolates is a man-made linear process. This includes two main different stages, which happened in the cocoa farm and the chocolate factory.
The process starts with the main key ingredient cocoa trees, grown in tropical countries like South America, Africa and Indonesia. Cocoa pods after they become ripe and red , harvested. Inside of these pods there are small white cocoa beans. Those beans are fermented next on banana leaves spread trays and put in sun to dry. Dried beans after become brown in colour are collected in huge bags and sent to the factory by trains or trucks.
In the second main stage, at the factory beans are getting roasted under high temperature like 350 C degree. Roasted beans are then crushed by some machine. In this stage outer shell of the bean is removed. Next, inner parts of the beans collected and pressed by a roller. Lastly, liquid chocolate will be the final result.
