Dear Simaran,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to express my apology regarding demage to your favourite painting, which you were bought from a online art auction. I know you are very attracted towards it from day one.

I know, I borrowed it from you for a house party. Well, on the weekend I am doing cleaning and dusting of the house, and furniture. Moreover, I removed all pictures and painting from the wall very carefully and put them on the table. During dusting, my dog run over the table and all the things are fell on the floor. A corner of the right side of the farme got damaged.

Well, I feel very sorry about your loss. I will pay total amount of the painting or can repair it. Could you please provide me the address of the auction area so, I can repair it? It’s up to you. I know I did so wrong to you. I feel very thankful if you provide me your choice related to your loss.
