I am writing to complin about car that I rented from your company.
I booked the car to visit the local area of Sylhet city. I booked the car 2 weeks ago when made the plan to visit. It was January 21st when I went to your company and booked a rental car. I paid 5000 taka in advance to book the car.
Since I booked car for the first time, I did not know much about the booking system. Therefore, I knew everything before bookig the car. Unfortunately, unless I understood completely every roles, I made a mistake.In other words, there was a date about start commece the jurney, but I did not follow that. When I arrived at your company to pick it up, staff said that the tickets were date expired. For this reason I had to cancel my vacation, and I lost my 5000 taka.
To resolve the problem, I would like to request that give another ticket without expire date. I would be appreciate that if you consider the unclear written and then take any decision.
