Dear Sir.

I am writing to complain about a problem that I had with my recent car rental. I booked a car from your company for visit my vacation. My recervation number is 12345, and the car was supposed to be ready for pick-up on 20th Marth at 10 a.m at your Aqtobe branch.

However, when I arrived, I was told that the car was not avaiable. This caused a lot of inconvenience because I had planned my trip carefully and could not wait for a long time.

I expect your company to either provide replacement car immediately or give me a full refund for the booking. I hope you will solve this problem as soon as possible.
