Dear service team,

I am writing to complain about a serious issue with my car rental booking. I had a real problem with the rental car. My booking reference is QJD126 and rental dates was 3-10 December 2025.Even though I had a confirmed reservation, I was told when I arrived that the car was not available.

The situation caused really serious problems for my holiday, because I had plans to travel, to visit sightseeing, to take a short trip with family.I had to take a taxi to get around, and that cost me extra. Because of this, I had to stopping some of my activities I had planned.

I am really disappointed in this experience. I had really good expectation but it was not real, and because of this I want some compesantion and also I would be really happy if you would apologise.
