The graphs above shows video game trends in South Korea in the year 2006. The first one compares gamer age groups and gender demographics. The second represents game type preference.
Overall in leisure time it is clear that men have a preferences for gaming much more than woman with a difference of 19 minutes per day, and in other activities the difference doesnt exceed 5 minutes. But women clearly beat men in household activities as seen in the chart above. Men averaged 30 minutes per day in cooking and washing unlike women who averaged almost 80 minutes per day. Although women surpassed men in cooking amd washing men do outdo them in repair. With an average of almost 20 minutes per day and women cutting in half. Another high difference is also seen in clothes washing and ironing with women averaging 30 minutes per day and men only 10. And lastly in shopping there is a slight difference of only a few minutes between them.
In conclusion the table and graph demonstrates that men spend more time doing leisure activities unlike women who spend more time doing household chores.
