Dear sir / Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my interest of being a social event organizer during this month training program which i feel suitable regarding the various other opportunities I had at school.

In fact, in order to help effectively, it would like to have some information regarding the dates the events will took place, so i may plan my activities accordingly, like is everyone eligible for applying to this position or they are some specific requirements needed for this position, is there any experience required, is there deadline for requesting, are request formally made or a simple call suffice. Those information will guide me in this process.

In addition to my interest, i have been motivated by previous positions acquired during my professional and eduacational journey. For example, i have been in committee in charge of organizing party in my institution and this experience gained will enabled me to fullfill it once given.
