Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to express my interest to participate as an organiser in the social event that will be held on next month.

My name is Sarah and I am a participant of your one-month training program. I saw an advertisement about the social event on company’s website and I have great interest in taking part as volunteer in this event. It will help me to increase my knowledge and experience.

I am working as an office administrator so I have arranged many events for my company. Moreover, last week, I had organised an event for a childcare association as volunteer.

I want to know that how many people will take part in it and how many days this event will go on. I also need the information about the place where this event will be done. I would like to request you to provide me full information about this event.
