Dear Sir/ Mam,

I am writing this letter to you because one of your workers misbehaved a few days ago. I visited your store, which is in New Delhi, New Girls, to buy clothes with my friend.

Firstly, when my friend and I entered the store and asked one of your employees about your new wedding collection, he started ignoring us and did not show us anything properly. He not only showed his rude behaviour but also talked on the phone with someone, instead of doing his work.

After that, he started misbehaving with us when my friend said she would complain about their behavior and the poor customer service we received at the store.

I would like to suggest that, as a manager, you provide appropriate training when hiring staff and keep an eye on your staff members’ activities, so that no one receives the same kind of treatment.
