Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about the disrespectful way I was treated by one of your employees during my recent visit to the supermarket. My name is John Okafor a reputable customer at the supermarket.
Last Saturday afternoon, I went to the supermarket to buy a few groceries for my family. While I was looking for some products in the dairy section, I noticed that the price displayed on the shelf was different from the one shown at the check-out. I therefore approached one of the employees, who was standing nearby, to ask for clarification.
Unfortunately, instead of helping me, the employee responded in a rather rude and dismissive manner. He told me that i should simply pay the amount on the screen and stop wasting his time. When i politely pointed out the price on the shelf was different, he became impatient and spoke to me in a disrespectful tone in front of other customers. I found his attitude particularly upsetting because I had approached him calmly and had only asked for assistance.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and speak to the employee concerned about his behaviour. I believe your staff should treat customers with courtesy, even when there is a disagreement or misunderstanding. I would also like you to ensure that the correct prices are clearly displayed so that similar situations can be avoided in the future.
I look forwards to hearing from you and hope appropriate action will be taken.
Yours faithfully,
John Okafor.
