Hi Mr. Jane,

I’m one of the participant in the next month training programme to the UK and writing with regards to the position for Social events’ organiser.

I have been looking for the opportunity to show my skills as event manager for long time. When i heard that company is looking for one, it sparkled my eye. Therefore, in lieu of my abilities and interest, i would request you to consider my name for the position.

However, before the whole process, i would like to enquire about the duration of the event and dates during the course. Alongwith the above, it would be helpful to know about the expectation of the event.

For your consideration, you would be happy to know that i have organised many events during my graduation. i was once selected as the best organiser of the annual fest during the year 2024. Finally, I assure you that i would put my whole heart effort in this arrangement and make it success.
