The bar chart compares the proportion of social media divided into five applications: WhatsApp, Snapchat, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Meta X, during the day and night.
Overall, it is obvious that the usage of social media was more popular at night. In comparison, LinkedIn was the only app that had more users during the day. Also, the higher proportion for both day and night were recorded for WhatsApp and Instagram respectively.
In terms of daytime use, WhatsApp was the primary app for users, accounting for about seventy percent. In addition, LinkedIn ranked second in this measurement, at just over sixty percent. Moreover, the figures for Snapchat, Instagram, and Meta X declined sharply from 40% to 30%, with Meta X showing the least significant number.
By contrast, Instagram had the leading percentage of usage among users at approximately ninety percent. Also, WhatsApp experienced the second highest figure, at around eighty percent, followed by Snapchat at about forty percent. Thus, LinkedIn and Meta X were used less, in contrast to the others.
