The picture shows process of shaping glass containers.
Overall,this process includes 8 main stages includes special machines,starting with melting raw glass and finishing with checking and separating the containers into usable and unusable products.
At the first stage,many piece of glassess are heated in a furnace at the temperature of around 105C until them melts.Melting glass is poured into special machine that pressed to form initial shape.After that,it is moved into another mould machine where it is pressed again to create thick wall.In the following step,air is blow into container that making shape .
Next,the container is placed into kiln at a temperature of 482C to make it better.Then,it is cooled to at about 25C in one hour.After,cooling worker check each container in order to quality.Having separeted containers,they are packed into boxes.
