Dear Sir or Ma’am,

I am writing this letter about my work for your company for the next three months and would like to clarify some questions.

I want to appreciate you for giving me the opportunity to gather new work experience. I really hope that these three months will benefit me and I will make the most of it, which will help me in the future.

The choice of your organization was not accidental, because I have long wanted to try myself in something new that will give me the opportunity to understand how my future profession really works.I wanted to try my hand at organizing employees, holding team buildings, and everything that sets up a team.

I am very much interested in my future work for three months, so I would like to clarify a couple of points.How long will my work day take? Will I be able to extend my work contract and work longer? What will be my responsibilities? I will be grateful for your prompt response.
