In recent days, people use modern technologies at their work places. I believe that the use of technology changes the people’s work style. I strongly consider that some disadvantages for the people who rely too much on technology. In contrast, the technology helps the people in various ways at workplace. I will discuss in detail in this essay.
Nowadays, technology plays an important role in people’s work style. In term of individuals work place, the technology gives many advantages such as saves time, updating accurate data, retrieving of previous data and reducing manual work. As a result, man power would be reduced in more work places. For example, certain schools in India, they fixed biometric machine in the front office for staff daily attendance, the software has stored all the attendance logs and saved in the separate folder. The manager can easily take the attendance printout within five minutes.
I firmly assert that there are some disadvantages of using technology because unemployment would be increased in future. If people rely too much on technology, they might not be able to do their physical work regularly. As a consequence, they might be affected from severe health problems such as constipation, obese and anxiety. For example, certain people in USA, people who work in IT sector, become more obese than other people.
In conclusion, the technology has drastically changed the people’s way of work. In addition, it spoils their health also. This essay has discussed how technology affects the people in their workplace.
