I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your recently conducted a program, A 2-Day Training Courses.

I chose your course, which was advertised on a social media to enhance my professional skills in the construction field. unfortunately my experience fell for short of expectation.

Throughout the course, which was poorly organized and the material was outdated. In addition, the instructor, who was unprepared and lack of confidence in his speech.

I recommended that the instructor should be prepared before the course begin. If you could provide a advanced materials to enhance their career and the more students will enroll to your course.

I look forward to your prompt response and hope these issues will be addressed.
