Dear neighbor,

I’m writing about a problem which I have with a tree on your teritoty. Recently I have bought the house on the right from your fance and I have a couple problems with your tree.

Firstly, the tree is blocking sunlight to my garden and the shadow is impede to grow my vagetables. Moreover, half of your tree is sagging on my side by branches and as it is a fruit tree I have problem with falling roten apples into my pool. So, because of that I need to refeel the water and clean the pool every time.

I would ask you about solving this problem by cutting branches or replacing the tree. If we can’t make a decision, I will have to find a help form local cottage comunity centre.

I hope we can agree this problem together. I look forward to hearing from you.
