Overall, it is clear that the all lines of the consume of oil ,fluctuate throughout the period .Although the China and Middle East were only that rates increased, USA dominated the sector during the all period.

At the beginning, the spending of money on oil by USA was a little over than 9 million barrels per day, 4 barrels spend in Wester Europe & Japan and China together with Middle East both consumed 2 millions barrels, that was on 2 million lower than in Wester Europe & Japan and almost 6.5 million lower than USA.

Over the next 6 years, the consumption of oil by USA ,China and Middle East raised, whereas the Wester Europe & Japan was only that rate decreased.The rate of China and Wester Europe & Japan in 2015 were similar(3 million barrels), while in Middle East a little lower. At the same time the expenditure of money on oil in USA surged and had reached just over than 10 million barrels.
