The most popular activity among boys is playing computer games, accounting for the largest share at 34%, while the proportion of girls in participating activities is highest for dancing, which make up 27%. The second most popular choice for boys is basketball with 26%, followed by reading for girls, which accounts for 21%. However, reading is the least common activity for boys taking up only 2%.
In both cultural and leisure activities, listening to music has the same proportion, which comprises 10%. In addition, the percentage of boys who participate in skateboarding and girls who participate in gymnastics is also the same, at only 11%.
