Good day!

My name is Merey and I am writing to invite you to take part in fundraising charity event on behalf of Heart-to-heart organisation, that provides educational programmes and other valued learning materials for children from low-income families. The main purpose of the event is to collect funds to expand tutoring services and to increase social awareness of issues that these kids face.

We are looking for responsible volunteers, who will assist in several areas to ensure that event runs smoothly. Firstly, we need people for the registration desk to welcome guests, handout name badges and provide with general information and brief event planning. Secondly, there are some available positions for activity helpers. Your role will involve supporting children with workshops, educational games and ensure that everyone is engaged and safe. Finally, we require set-up and logistics team, who will help in arrangement of tables and other necessary inventory.The fundraiser will take place on 17th of February from 10AM until 5PM at the Riverside community center.
