Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope you are doing well. My name is Mary Abed. I am a final year student in business management at Harvard University. I am writing this letter to request you to allow me to visit and study your company for three month.

I could learn various ways to increase the rate of sales in critical times. This course helps me to use technology for cultivating a strong relationship with others and it assists me to broaden my horizon to solve problems in challenging situations.

I have a passion for spending time as a trainee during summer break. Alex company is a famous brand in my country since you use an artificial intelligence to increase productivity and creativity. Moreover, you utilize some robots to decrease the stress of employees and you pay attention to their mental health since most workers are under pressure at the workplace. As a result, it is a good way to tackle this problem. Furthermore, you use some applications to communicate with international companies to increase their profit.

I will finish my course on the 23th of June. Please allow me to enter your company on the 2nd of July. If there is any accommodations for the trainees as me please inform me since I have to manage my budget during this time.
