When the government provides tuition fee support, many people may approach to higher qualifications. As a result, students looking for a range of job opportunity which lead to the fall unemployess rate. Furthermore, This may certainly help lower crime rates, since many offences are linked to unemployment and limited job opportunities. For example, the German government provides free tuition across the country, and as a result, Germany maintains a relatively low crime rate comparing to other contries.
On the other hand, when students donot pay attention to their financial burden for all fares, they may be able to engage in voluntary activity and community clubs.
