Utilization of mobile phones is at peak in 2004 with 8.8 subscriber per 100 inhabitants according to given information, and the trend of fixed line phones are stable as compare to mobile phones.

Basically, at first the use of landline sets are more because it is the only mean of communication with peoples who are far away in Africa. But when the technology arives the usage of mobile phones increase, in 2001 both have have same number of people around 2.8 subscribers. And after year 1999 mobile phone users are rapidly increases. Futhermore the percentage of public using landline phones have little deviation, in 2004 the maximum subscribers are 3.1 per 100 inhabitors.
