I am writing this letter to complain you about the service at your hotel.
Last Friday, I came along with my family from Vancouver to Toronto. I was off from work. Therefore, I decided to go on a family vacation. I searched online, and find it on your website about your hotel near to my place of destination. However, the problems started from here.
According to the listed price, the rooms were not tidy, and well-organised. The staff was not properly trained and professional. The room was small for four of us. Initially, we were in the room 23A on ground floor, but one of your staff members informed us that this room needs maintenance, So, they shifted us to another room which was on 3rd floor. My parents are quite old and unable to walk properly. There was no lift at all.
I urge you to please rectify these problems as soon as possible in your hotel. If your rooms are under maintenance, please mention it online. I feel it is totally a wastage of time and money. My whole trip went worse due to poor staff and proper cleaniness.
Please look into this matter. Otherwise, it can affect your reputation.
