In this modern era, human race is evolving in a steady manner. The companies try very hard to make new inventions to get fame. The competion of this is extreme, CEO of the companies put stress on the workers, so they can work for the whole week. however, they forget to give rest to their employers, which is the basic need for humans. That’s why, some countries took steps to oppose this work life and introduce a four-day work week for the virtues of nation. Although, this system have several benefits but it comes with some disadvantages.
On the one hand , people believe that short working week is a smart approach because this system have numerouse advantages. Firstly, the workers can work with their heart as they know they eventually get proper rest, which leads them to be more diligent. For instance, university of california took place an experiment between two groups, in which they gave them same assignment to both groups but the rules are different, in which one group can take rest and the other one have to work without any rest. The results were shocking for everyone, the group which take rest made a superior assignment. Moreover, four day work in week is stress free, people can complete their work with happiness. It is also beneficial for health of the employer.
On the other hand, people argue that four day work in week also have some disadvantages. For example, it mitigate the pace of inventions, which lesson the revenue of companies. Additionally, it also make them lazy, studies demonstrate that gap between works can cut the interest in worker.
Although, the shorter working week have some disadvantages however it’s advantages outweigh the cons of short working week because it is benefit for health and can make reliable invention. I strongly believe that, this system would become mandatory to apply for countries.
