I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the problems I faced when I was a guest in your hotel.
The first thing I want to bring your attention is that air condition in the room was not working. Despite my mass request to fix the air conditioner or move me to another room, I was just ignored.
My requests were not in vain, because of my weak immune . after this visit I cought a cold and spent 3 days in hospital.
In addition to this the neighbours were too noisy as they organaised party and listened a loud music all night. No one ever warned them to stop and to not distrub the peace of people.
In the end ,I realized that I chose the wrong place to relax and all your advertisements of your hotel on Internet, were not justified.
I kindly request a full refund or I will be forceD to take further actions.
