I hope you are doing well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction that I recently visited your library on 25th June 2026.
Firstly, I had visited lot of library in Brampton It was a good experience. However when I visited library which is located in Pickering I was totally disappointed. Because when I entered inside the floor no one is there to guide me in the front desk. Eventhough I was ringing the no one came outside. Therefore I went inside without anyone guidance. By the way I was looking for scientific related books but there is no stuff inside this library.
Secondly, I noticed that centralized air conditioner did not work properly I got more sweat and my t-shirt got wet and I returned to my house. So please improve the customer service in the front desk and add more number of books in the racks. Finally I request you to repair the AC inside the library. So huge number people will visit your branch library.
I would like to appreciate if you resolve this problem as soon possible.
