Dear Volunteers,

I am extremely glad to announce that a community fundrasing event is going to be organized to support a local charity. The purpose of this event is to maximize number of donations to support a local charity who is willing to help kids with dementia and cardiac diseases at local hospitals. The event will be held on January 01, 2026. However, there is a shortage of individuals who could offer help to make this event a success. So, if you believe youself to be a potential volunteer, than this event is for you.

There are multiple roles and responsibilities available for volunteers and you are free to enroll yourself in any of them. These roles include, volunteers for welcome of guests and checking out sitting arrangements for them, requiring to escort guests to their designated seats. Furthermore, some volunteers are needed to serve refreshments to the donaters and a group is required to check maintenance and decorum of the event. Additionally, a group will be required to arrange and manage the tech system.

Interested volunteers can sign up through our website: charityevent@simpl.com. They would need to provide some basic information about them. The volunteers will recieve every support from our management team. All the equipments and clothing will be provided to them by our team. Moreover, the volunteers will have lunch and dinner at the premises which will be organised by our team. Interested members can enroll themselves.
