Overall, it is clear that the town center has been developed dramatically, with particularly significant improvements in transport and shopping facilities.

Looking more closely at the northern part of city, a hall of residence has been constructed to the left side, while a new shopping centre has been built to the right side of university. Subsequently, the train station has been relocated and newly built between the university and city centre. Additionally, train station is constructed to the handle of new train station.

According in the southern area, the old market has been changed by a new shop on the left side of the city centre, whereas a new covered market has been introduced on the right.
