The graph present a Greek survey comparison between two stage of groups 20-35 and 40-50 within a percentages rate on reasons behind choosing their career and observe the different among them.

Overall, it is clear that each group had different factors for chosing their career. As it shown, younger group seems to look after well payed jobs as a most selected choice, Money had the highest rate with 27%, followed up with parents as the second cause with 23%. While the older group had the opposite feedback. Parents is approximate percentage rate compared with all factors with 30%, whereas money is the second as 19%.

In addition, it seems to be clear that in every generation had their own prefrences and factors on their occupation life. Older people more into parents respect and admire, Younger people also in the same track but with extra intrest on the lifestyle that they can have.
