overall, the two groups influenced by similar factors ,but to different extent. Money and parents played crucial roles in career, while friends had minimum fluence in both ages.
About 20-35 ages money played the most important role with 27%, by the way parental influence is not so far ,just 23%. Role models had also noticeable umpact with 15%. So, teachers influenced only 9%.Friends was with the minimum procent 7.
Among these aged 40-50, parental dominated with higher percentage 30.However , money is 19%,considerably lower than young people percentage.Role models and teachers accounted for 11% and 14%,while friends was minimum impacted with 10% only.
In summary, while financial motivation is more important for young people ,parental influence is tke key factor for among older people.
