Governments spend a lot of cash to concerts, museums, art and something else, and some people think that this money could have been used to public services. I think that both views right, if we improve artists in country, more tourists will invite us but we must not forget about public health, education and comfort.
On the one hand, I think that spend money to beautiful and aesthetic for our country better, because much people prefer visit beautiful places to holidays instead of grey and boring places. If people visit our country, it will be more and more interesting and popular, also we will take a money from tourism.
On the other hand, investing more money to artist can lend some problems for people, due to low-quality service. In the first time governments must do everything for public comfort and safety. However they can divide the budget equally which can be perfectly balanced comfortable and population.
In conclusion, I believe that governments should spend money equally, it may be the best solution for improving tourism in country for be well-known amount people and people will live in comfort and safe place.
