The process of recycling glass splits into six parts: collection, purification, fining, purification, cullet melting, and forming.
Any recycling starts with collection. Firstly, discarded bottles are collected in one place. Then bottles go through purification part. After this step, glass gets finned, and then goes through melting system. Lastly, melted glass then forms unto ending result, which is new recycled bottles.
The whole process of making new glass bottles, includes destroying them first. Before that, workers clean them for safety and efficiency reasons. Step by step, glass gets melted to form a new glass. Last step is what makes this whole process worth it. From old and used bottles of drinks world gets to have them in new form without harming the planet.
The illustration shows the making of renewed bottles. First, it gets collected, then cleaned, then destroyed into number of parts. At the end, it gets melted and formed into new product.
