Hope this letter finds you well. This is Timmy’s mother, Andrea. I wanted to ask if TImmy can be absent for school due to a family trip.

We will be away from February 11th to 13th. Even though it is only 3 days, we will be making sure to finish his homeworks and assignments in advance. Since he was looking forward to visit his grandmother’s house for a while, I wanted to surprise him with a little event. I will leave my contact information in case of an emergency.
