Overall, the percentage of commuters who used public transport and bicycle increased over two decades, in contrast car users decreased. However, the figures of people who prefer car for going were the highest in both years.
As for car, it was the main modes of transport in both years. In 2000, it stood at 60%, whereas 2020 observed slightly decrease and ended the period with 50%. In 2000, public transport users were more than 20%, while the proportion of bicycle users was nearly 5%. The figures for them rose approximately with the same average, in 2020 they were stood at 30% and 10% respectively.
To travel to work by foot were the least preferable way over the years, however walking was remained stable with 10% in 2000 and 2020.
