The table provides the information about percentage of male and female by five distinict age group who rode bicycles in 2011.
Overall, female dominates all five catagories in riding bicycles in comparison males. In addition, percentage of riding bicycles decreases as the age group number gradually increases.
It seemed age group 0-9 were riding bicycles more frequently than any other groups. Since nearly both male and female had the same percentage in terms of riding bicycles, which was 51.3%, and 50.1% respectively. Following after that the next age group 10-17 exihibited dramatic change in riding bicycles, which was 42.5% for female and 24.6% for male. Age group 18-39 as well presented a similar types of change in gender catagory for female and male, that is 17.1% and 9.7%. Age group 40-59 is the lowest from all catagory who rode bicycles, which was 12.3% for female and 8.0% for male. The last Age group over 60, the percenatge of riding bicycle increased slightly in compare to the previous group, which was 18.5% and 13.2% respectively.
