Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Isha Gupta, recently used your bus service from Gandhinagar to Ahmedabad and lost my wallet during the journey. Therefore, I am writing this letter to request if you could please help me to locate my wallet.

I travelled in your A-line bus on 24th March, at 12pm, and was sitting on seat 24A. I remember using my wallet to buy the ticket, however, cannot find it afterwards. It is a red colour wallet with a smiley face imprinted on it. Moreover, it also has a gold chain attached with a Steve Madden logo.

I am truly saddened as it was a gift from my grandmother and has great emotional significance in my life. I am sure that I have left it in the bus, and therefore would request you if you could please contact the driver and ask him about it.

I truly hope that you could find my wallet and help me to locate it. Thank you for understanding and I am waiting for your positive response.
