Dear Thomas,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am contacting you because of my heat system problem. As you know, I have been experiencing this boring situation since I moved here. Just in case you don’t remember, but the heat system turn off each one hour. During the day is not a big thing, the worst situation is at night.

When I am sleeping and this happen, the house gets cold, and I start getting cold. This situation annoy me. I can’t sleep well, and I wake up grumpy and tired. Due to it, my performance at work fell down, and my boss called me to talk about it. He said that I need solve it and to improve my results again.

In order to try fixing this negative issue, I really need that you send a technician to my house. If it is possible, this week would be better for me.
