Dear Sir,
I am writing to bring it to your attention that the professional training course which I recently attended was not worth of company funds. The course that lasted for two days, I felt it was just a waste of time and money.
This course was mainly designed to provide professional skills and training for the employees. However, this course was completely about project management, which is irrevelant to our work. It had topics like designing and developing a project, overcoming challenges during an ongoing project and more. Additionally, the activities included in this course utilizes a wide range of company resources, which is a bad investment.
I would like to suggest that maybe our company should hire professional trainers with more experience in this field. Our company should also make sure the course includes relevant topics like workplace etiquettes and team management.
I hope you will look into this matter and consider my suggestions.
