The given picture illustrates the process of how G-Cube sculptures are produced from plastic waste.
Overall, the process is mostly manual, comprising a total of ten steps that can be categorized into three stages, which are material preparation, processing, and displaying.
There are two steps involved in material preparation. Firstly, the artist collects plastic waste, which is then transported to the studio by trucks. The waste is then put into a machine, where it is crushed for the next stage.
During the processing stage, the ground plastic waste undergoes five different steps. It is first placed in compressors, which shape it into cubes with a specific size to fit the moulds. These cubes are then be covered by a liquid boiled at 150 degree Celsius. After a day of cooling, they form square blocks and are ready to be used.
Once the processing stage is complete, the blocks are transformed into sculptures by the artist. Finally, they are delivered to an art gallery for exhibition.
