The diagram explains the way in which cheese is produced.
Overall, the procedure is linear. The process involves 9 main stages, during which raw milk is transformed into a final product and given to shops for sale.
The process commences with raw milk which contains bacteria. Then a special substance called enzyme is added to bacteria. Following this, solidification process happens, during which curds are obtained. Subsequently, the stage called cutting occurs, during which these curds are cut into several small pieces, before being heated in the oven and drained. In the next stage, some amount of salt is put on the obtained product.
Thereafter, these small pieces undergo the sahpping process which is conducted by a group of specified people. Then the product undergoes the process called fermentation where it is kept 2 months. Thereafter, cheese is obtained and undergoes the packaging process. In this process, it is put in the boxes, before giving to shops for sale.
