The table illustrates deficiency nutrition of citizens by number (millions) , from 2000 to 2009 . Furthurmore , the chart demonstrates recent international rate of two nourishment at the same time. Moreover , the food price is contrasy to undernourish populations.

Overall, from 2000 to 2002, malnourished people was slightly increasing by 5 millions . On the other hand , price of rice was dramatically rocketed and peaked at 400. 2004 to 2006, The rice cost was slight decreasing and minimum at approximately 300. Number of people were consistently rising . In contrast , wheat price was stable and undercontrol. From 2008 to 2009, the delemma, two types of grains were skyrocketing and disorder. Further, this crisis was out of control. Increasing number of people was unstoppable. Moveover , incapable government cannot handled price, people purchase food grains and it cost a fortune. From my perspective, 2010 chart, it is prone to increase and citizens cannot survive for long period.

In conclusion , initial worldwide price was determined at low price , but price was increasing and there was no sign of decreasing the price. However, In 2004 to 2006, while price was decreased, contrasy to malnutritions that were gradually increasing. Thus , this delemma is lesson for operating modern society.
