Dear IKEA,
This is to inform you about the King size bed that I ordered online, delievered late and broken.
Me and my wife were planning to order a new Bed for our apartment, we were happy and placed an order online. The shipment date was 3 days back, yet we received it today with parts missing and corners damaged. Moreover, we didnot expect the poor service by your company. Inaddition, the delivery driver was not cooperating in a way to receiving any feedback comments from us.
I have shared my bad experiences with your company, we need a solution for that. Firstly I need your team to visit us as soon as possible, take the furniture back, deliever a new furniture or give our full repayment. However, Ikea is among the best companies in the world and yet very dissappointed with our order.
I really want you to take prompt action. I look forward to it hearing from you.
