I am writing to express my concern regarding the furniture that I recently received from your company. I ordered a tea table online and received the item yesterday. Upon unpacking, I discovered that it was different in color from what I ordered, and there were several scratches on the surface of the table.
This has created an unsatisfactory appearance in my living room, as the color of this table did not match the décor of my living room. In addition, the scratches looked odd and negatively affected the overall appearance of the room. As a result, it is unsuitable for use.
Therefore, I would appreciate it if you could arrange an immediate replacement for the table. I also hope that you will improve your quality control process to prevent similar inconveniences in the future.
