My name is Alexandr Kolesnikov. I have been living in your hotel “The Sun” since this morning. I am writing for you because I had a negative experience with my booking. I lost my money, 120 dollars.
I arrived to Paris this morning, I was sure that I booked a room in your hotel for four days. In Moscow, I used booking.com for transactions and my bank account. As you know, this web portal ensure comfortable travels and accomodations for tourists around the world. However, your administrator told me that The Sun doesn’t collaborate with booking.com and wouldn’t find my surename in his computer. In result, I can’t buy food. I am homeless in France.
I sent a letter to booking.com and I had already got an answer. The company explained me that your firm often use this metod, close to scam. The Sun works with them for many years. Now, they are going to go to court.
The Sun could compensate for me 120 dollars as soon as possible, that’s the money I spent for your booking system. I lost it. I will try to find other place in Paris.
