Overall, women showed the highest figure in catering and education, while men demonstrated actively figure in banking and manufacturing rather than women.
In 1986, men were passive in catering with 16%, after that it slightly increased to 22% in 1996 and remained stable until 2006 with 22%. In banking employment, men were more active rather than women with 11% in 1986 and it experienced a rise to 20% in 1996, after a decade it improved a bit to 21%. Moreover, as for manufacturing, the engagement among both genders gradually declined over the period. For instance, the proportion for men showed 32% in 1986 and fell noticeably to 21% and 17% after two decades. The percentage for men demonstrated passive role in education than women with 13%, 14% and 15% in three decades.
While, in women catering employment was more active than men, however it stood at 26% from 1986 to 2006. however banking sector slightly grow from 12%, 16% and 19% in three decades. Manufacturing employment fell roughly from 18% to 6% in 1986, 1996 and 2006. Over the span, women experienced a high rise in education area with 33% in 1986 and with 35% in 1996 and it ended up with 38% in 2006
