The given line graph illustrates the proportion of changing crime arrests for people under 18 by three different localities between 1995 to 1998.
Overall, rural and urban districts percentage was stable at the beginning of period, while suburban localities was reached its peak. However, rural and urban districts gradually dcreased, whereas suburban localities percentage was flactuated.
In 1995, the percentage of teenagers in rural and urban areas was approximately 2.5% and 1% respectively. Therefore, this numbers were slightly increased in 1996 to about 3% and 2%. However, this percentages started to decrease dramatically at the end of the period.
By contrast, in 1995 in suburban areas the percentage of crime arrests for individuals under 18 started to increse. Moreover, in 1996 the percentage crime arrests was reached its peak accounted for 8% , while in 1997 this procentage dropped to -2%. However, in 1998 the proportion of arrests increased to 0%.
