The table compares the consumption in rice, wheat and maize, by individuals in Cambodia, Poland, Egypt and Mexico.
Overall, rice is the most popular consumption in Cambodia. By contrast, wheat consumption is the highest consumption in other three countries, whereas maize is the lowest one.
In terms of rice consumption, it was the number-one consumed product approximately 1445 calories in Cambodia. Egypt came next with at about 501 calories, while in Mexico and Poland, rice is the lowest consumption, with relatively 57 and 19 calories respectively.
As regards for wheat and maize, in Egypt and Poland, wheat outperformed the consumption of maize, with about 1095 and 865 calories compared to maize consumption with approximately 578 and 0, in turn. Interestingly, in Mexico, maize is the highest consumed product compared to wheat, with around 1083. After that, wheat came second with 275 calories. However, In Cambodia, wheat is underperformed maize, with about 18 and 103 calories.
