It is often argued that most people strongly believe that all criminals should be sent to prison, while others argue that there are better choices for those whose crimes are minor, such as making they do work for the local community. From my perspectives, i strongly believe that lawbreakers must be sent to prison who perform harmful and illegal activities. Let’s discuss both viewpoints.
Firstly, in today’s world, crimes become more popular nowadays. This is the major issues for all the countries. In other countries they have very strict rules for criminals. I reckon that if the government didn’t take any action and they forgive the criminals who involved in murder, and other harmful activities and they thought that’s they used him to do work for the local community so that’s not fair and this is not justice. As a result, criminal are not afraid to perform illegal activities and they have no fear of any people because they believe that if we caught we didn’t go prison, they do work for local community.
Secondly, there are many countries who have strict rules and for this reason crime rates are very low. In UAE, if a person steal someone bag or wallet and they complain about the incident, the police take action quickly and within hours they arrest the criminal and they cut off his hands. Therefore, others criminal think first to perform any kind of illegal activities.
In conclusion, if the government forgive the criminals and they cannot sent to prison and also they didn’t take strict action quickly, crime rates are increased in these countries. However, forgive is not the only chance the government should take action and sent to prison.
